David Hoyt

David Hoyt is a seasoned professional with a background in healthcare and insurance. Since July 2010, David has served as the Enrollment and Eligibility Department Supervisor at the Department of Veterans Affairs, overseeing a team of 15 Program Support personnel to manage veterans' healthcare applications. Concurrently, David has worked at Bryan College as an Executive Assistant to the Quality Manager and has also contributed as a College Instructor. Prior experience includes ownership and operation of a multi-line insurance brokerage from February 1986 to August 2008. David holds a degree in Public Health with a focus on Hospital Administration, having studied at Utah State University and Golden Gate University.
