Allison Klitzke

Allison Klitzke serves as Associate Legal Counsel at Bryan Health, providing expert legal and regulatory guidance on various healthcare laws, including HIPAA and ADA, while ensuring compliance through policy development. Previously, as a Legal Extern at Bryan Health, Klitzke conducted legal research and assisted in drafting legal documents related to healthcare regulations. Klitzke has also gained experience as a Law Clerk at Scudder Law Firm, drafting purchase agreements and managing corporate governance procedures, and as a Law Clerk at Mosaic, performing due diligence in mergers and acquisitions and supporting crisis management efforts. Klitzke holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Augustana University.
