Hailey Olberding

Hailey Olberding is currently a Patient Care Technician at Bryan Health since June 2023 and a Chemistry Resource Center Student Worker at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since August 2022, where responsibilities include proctoring and grading exams as well as assisting the lab manager. As a Garden Center Employee at Kaw Valley Greenhouses since March 2021, Hailey organizes and maintains plant health while providing customer service. Previous experience as an Undergraduate Research Lab Assistant in the Biochemistry Department at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln included conducting research tasks such as DNA extraction and lab maintenance. Additionally, Hailey served as a PYD Intern for Nebraska 4-H in 2022, creating and teaching STEM curriculum for K-12 students. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, education commenced in 2021 following graduation from Lincoln High School in May 2021.
