Karen Siebe

Karen Siebe is a highly experienced nutrition professional currently serving as a Bariatric Clinical Dietitian at Bryan Health since January 2022. Previously, Karen held the position of Renal Dietitian at Dialysis Center of Lincoln, Inc. from November 2015 to December 2021 and worked as a Consultant Dietitian for Ambassador Health System between December 2008 and June 2016. Karen's background also includes roles as Assistant Director of Food and Nutrition and Clinical Dietitian at Tabitha Health, along with experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Southeast Community College. Earlier in the career, Karen worked as a Dietary Manager and WIC Nutritionist.
