Rich Mueller has a diverse work experience in product development and engineering management. Rich most recently worked as the Head of Product Development for Peripherals at Brydge starting in 2019. From 2016 to 2019, Rich served as a Product Development Manager at Ergobaby, where they managed the development of various products and collaborated with partners and stakeholders to bring them to market. Rich also worked as a Program Manager at Skullcandy Inc. from 2010 to 2016, overseeing the development and launch of multiple audio products. Prior to that, they held positions at Goodrich Aerospace, Revision Eyewear, Oakley, and Burton Snowboards, where they managed engineering teams and contributed to the development of innovative products in various industries.
Rich Mueller obtained an Executive Education Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1989 and 1993. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Solidworks Advanced certification from GoEngineer in August 2018, followed by certifications in Coaching and Developing Employees, Critical Thinking, and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in July and May 2018 respectively. Rich also completed the Solidworks Essentials certification from GoEngineer in August 2017.
