Steve Killmeyer

Steve Killmeyer has a diverse work experience in finance and consulting. Steve is currently working as the CFO at Bryn Pharma since May 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Aimmune Therapeutics from September 2021 to May 2023, including VP, Head of Finance & Strategy, VP, Head of Finance, and Senior Director of Finance. Before Aimmune Therapeutics, Steve was the Director of Finance at Nestlé Health Science from May 2020 to September 2021. Steve also has experience in consulting, having worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant from September 2014 to May 2020. Steve started their career as a Private Equity Analyst at HealthCor Partners from July 2010 to June 2012, and prior to that, they worked as a Senior Analyst in Healthcare Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch from January 2008 to June 2010. Steve holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, where they were an MBA student from August 2012 to May 2014.

Steve Killmeyer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in 2006. Steve later completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Wharton in 2014.
