Jan Stieffenhofer

Jan Stieffenhofer is a Senior Software Engineer at BRYTER since May 2021, bringing extensive experience in software development and leadership. Previously, Jan served as a Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Moneyfarm from May 2019 to April 2021, focusing on the development and maintenance of the German platform and implementing microservices with Scala and the Play Framework. Jan's responsibilities included API design, integration of external services, mentoring engineers, and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS. Prior to that, Jan held roles at vaamo Finanz AG and IPSWAYS Unternehmensgruppe, contributing as a team lead and consultant. Jan holds a Diplom in Informatik from Fachhochschule Bingen, completed in 2008.
