Jane Nelligan

Jane Nelligan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engagement and risk management across various sectors. Currently serving as an Engagement Principal at BSA Limited, Jane focuses on transformation initiatives and strategic opportunities in communications infrastructure and EV charging. Previously, Jane held the position of Commercial and Risk Director at Velrada, where the focus was on Microsoft cloud software and proprietary products. In earlier roles at BSA Limited, Jane was instrumental in securing significant industry opportunities and driving growth in telco technology. A long tenure at Deloitte Asia Pacific included key positions such as Partner and Director, where Jane led complex deals and enhanced internal risk capabilities during rapid growth phases. Jane holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Canterbury.
