James Grundmeier

Jim joined BSB Design in 1983 as a project manager and was named Partner in 1997. His keen sense of detail, commitment to accuracy and dedication to the protecting the firm’s proprietary information and processes furthered his leadership role in our corporate office.

Today, as the Vice President of Operations, he oversees daily firm operations nationwide, with primary focus on business operations, risk management, quality control and contracting. Jim is a long-time member of the AIA and has held various committee and leadership roles in the organization throughout his career.
