Joe A. Safin

As Senior Partner and Vice President of Operations, Joe is involved in nearly every aspect of the firms’ business endeavors across the country. He also oversees the operation of BSB Design’s Chicago, Charlotte and Philadelphia offices. Joe’s project experience includes custom and semi-custom homes, multifamily for sale and for rent communities, community club facilities and high density urban infill projects. This varied experience helped him build a strong foundation in project development, site evaluation, supervision and coordination of project management teams and subcontractors.

Joe’s experience and depth of knowledge makes him a popular speaker at industry events such as NAHB’s International Builders Show, NAHB’s Builder 20 Club, Indiana’s Midwest Builders Convention and the Midwest Builders Show and Conference. Joe sits on the Board of Directors of BSB Design and the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago.
