Paul Seto

Paul L. Seto is a seasoned professional with experience in the banking industry since the late 1990s. Paul L. has held various leadership roles in companies such as Bank of San Francisco, Liberty Bank, Bank of the West, and Boston Private, where Paul L. successfully managed loan portfolios, developed new business opportunities, and provided financing solutions for businesses and individuals. In addition to their banking experience, Paul has also served in public office as a Mayor, Vice Mayor, and Councilmember for the City of Millbrae. Paul L. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from San Francisco State University, and has completed the Wharton Leadership Program.
