Matthias Gemmar

Matthias Gemmar is currently the Global Head of Software at BSH Home Appliances Group, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Matthias amassed extensive experience at ITK Engineering from June 2006 to November 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Head of Business Unit Automotive, Head of Business Units for Highly Automated Driving and Systems Engineering, Head of Strategy in Marketing and Business Strategy, and various other leadership positions. Matthias holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Control and Regulation Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
