Rajdeep Gogoi

Rajdeep Gogoi is an experienced professional in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Area Customer Service Manager at BSH India since December 2020, responsible for managing customer service for Bosch and Siemens home appliances in North East India. Prior experience includes a role as Service Executive at Hafele India Private Limited from November 2018 to December 2020, and as District Operation Manager for EMRI, overseeing ambulance services in Chirang district, Assam from April 2017 to November 2018. Rajdeep also worked as a Mechanical Supervisor (O&M) for GAIL (India) Limited from January 2016 to April 2017, and as a Mechanical and Maintenance Engineer at Supreme Infrastructure Limited and Rajib Ghosh Projects and Infrastructure Limited from August 2013 to March 2015. Rajdeep holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. M.G.R. University, completed in 2013.
