Becky Maxwell

Becky Maxwell is an accomplished IT governance professional currently serving as Head of IT Governance at BSI since October 2023. Previously, Becky held various leadership roles at Virgin Media O2 from June 2021 to October 2023, including Delivery Portfolio Lead for the Transformation Management Office, where oversight of the largest customer service transformation program in the company's history was ensured. Prior positions include Delivery Manager for Data and Technical Portfolio Lead, managing projects and strategies aimed at enhancing business efficiency and communication. With earlier experience as a Technical Portfolio Lead and Financial Analyst at Virgin Media and as a Change Analyst at Fujitsu UK, Becky possesses extensive expertise in managing financial accounts, operational change, and stakeholder engagement, complemented by experiences in advocacy as an Apprentice Ambassador.
