Majid Zahoor

Majid Zahoor has diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Global Director in the Healthcare Sector at BSI, where they collaborate with regulators and healthcare providers to improve standards and address challenges in the sector. Majid also works towards developing quality and safety frameworks and enhancing regulatory frameworks in emerging markets. Prior to this, they held the position of CCO at BSI Group ANZ. Before joining BSI, Majid served as the Managing Director at Q-Audit. Majid has also worked at Chorus NZ Limited as Head of Provisioning, Manager Service Delivery, and Senior Service Delivery Manager. Additionally, they have worked at Vodafone New Zealand in various roles, including Deployment Manager & Service Improvement Manager, Senior Business Deployment Lead, and Consumer Services Manager. Majid started their career as a Health & Fitness Consultant at The University of Auckland and later worked as a Sales & Marketing Assistant at Crossman Porter & Novell in Auckland, NZ.

Majid Zahoor completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Auckland between 1999 and 2003. They then obtained a Project Management Certification from The George Washington University in 2005. Finally, they completed a Postgrad in Business degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Auckland between 2010 and 2012.
