Chad Rink

Chad Rink is a seasoned Intellectual Property Attorney with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Partner at Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch since February 2008. Prior to this role, Chad Rink held the position of Intellectual Property Attorney at McCormick, Paulding & Huber from September 2005 to January 2008, and gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch in 2004. Chad Rink earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law between 2002 and 2005 and holds a dual Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University, completed in 2002. A graduate of Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School, Chad Rink completed secondary education there from 1994 to 1998.
