Scott Wolinsky

Scott Wolinsky is an experienced Patent Agent with a strong background in patent preparation, prosecution, and management. Currently, Scott has been with Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch since June 2014, previously serving in similar roles at Volpe and Koenig, P.C. from April 2003 to May 2014, and at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from December 2000 to March 2003. Scott also worked as a Patent Researcher at Walker Digital, LLC and as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO. With expertise in wireless communication systems, computer/database systems, integrated circuits, cable television, software, electro-optics, and electrical circuits, Scott excels in collaboration with inventors to guide them through the patent application process. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stony Brook University.
