Elizabeth Nicoll, CCXP has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to project management and customer experience. Elizabeth began their career at Bell Mobility in 1995 as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2008. Elizabeth then joined Rogers Communications Inc. as a Project Manager, before moving to WebTech Wireless in 2009, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2011. Elizabeth then joined Interfleet, Division of Webtech Wireless, where they served as the Manager of Professional Services and PMO, as well as a Project Manager, until 2014. Elizabeth then joined PinPoint GPS Solutions Inc. as the Director of Operations and Client Services for a brief period before joining BSM Wireless in 2015, where they currently hold the role of VP, Customer Experience.
Elizabeth Nicoll, CCXP completed their undergraduate education at the University of Toronto from 1989 to 1993. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
