Mohammed Tamim Wahid Al-Helal

Mohammed Tamim Wahid Al-Helal is the Head of Information Technology at BSRM. Mohammed has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, including previous positions as Manager IT at KDS Accessories and leading various development teams in all aspects of project management, process analysis, workflow design, configuration data set-up, systems interface development, system installation, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation monitoring. In addition to their managerial experience, Mohammed has also been responsible for designing and implementing various IT infrastructure projects, as well as assisting management in creating company policies and procedures governing corporate security, email and Internet usage, access control and incident response.

Mohammed Tamim Wahid Al-Helal has earned the following degrees and certifications: an ERP from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, an MBA in MIS from the University of Science and Technology in Chittagong, an MSS in Economics from the University of Chittagong, and a BSS (Hons) in Economics from the University of Chittagong. Mohammed also has certifications from GSDC - Global Skill Development Council in Agile Scrum Foundation, AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL Foundation, and AXELOS Global Best Practice in Prince2 Foundation.
