Rachel Hewitt MCICM is an experienced Head of Credit with a background in credit management and finance business partnering. With a proven track record of achieving CICMQ best practice accreditation and consistently reducing DSO year on year, Rachel has held leadership roles in various companies such as Shell Energy Retail, Emap Publishing Ltd, and Westfield Shoppingtowns Ltd. Through their roles, Rachel has centralized and streamlined credit control functions, managed risks, and implemented effective debt collection strategies. Rachel holds a degree in Chemistry from Imperial College London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the University of Westminster.
