Roberto Aufiero

Roberto Aufiero is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of BSTN Store GmbH since January 2015, Aufiero has led the company to significant growth in the sportswear market. Previously, Aufiero founded OG Logistik GmbH, one of Germany's first full-service e-commerce providers, and co-founded sneakAvenue, a leading online sneaker retailer in Eastern Europe. The retail journey also includes founding CRAY Hats, an omnichannel retailer for caps and headwear, and co-founding Flight School GbR to create memorable experiences. Aufiero began the career in retail at KICKZ.com GmbH, progressing to Head of Retail and managing a workforce of over 150 employees. Educational qualifications include studies at Augusta State University and certification as a Projektmanager from the Industrie- und Handelskammer.
