Adrienne Dougherty, PhD, currently serves as the Principal Customer Experience Researcher at Baylor Scott & White Health. Prior to this role, Adrienne was a Senior Design Researcher at Coforma, focusing on end-to-end research engagements and strategic alignment for product roadmaps, as well as mentoring researchers. Previous experience includes leading design research initiatives at Rocket Mortgage, where Adrienne developed research roadmaps and promoted research impact across teams. Adrienne has also held senior research and teaching positions at various institutions, including a Vice President role at Dissertation Editor, where Adrienne designed analytical plans and conducted mixed methods research. Educational qualifications include a PhD, MS, and BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and California State University, Fullerton, respectively.
