Paul Guzman

Paul Guzman has extensive experience in the IT sector, particularly in server infrastructure management at Baylor Scott & White Health since May 2007. Currently serving as Manager of Server Infrastructure, Paul oversees a team of 25 engineers, managing infrastructure planning, life cycle refresh, and budget planning for a large-scale environment that includes 450 hosts and over 7,000 Windows servers across three data centers. Key accomplishments include upgrades to SCCM, vCenter, and SRM. Prior roles at Baylor Scott & White Health include Team Leader and Server Engineer, where Paul developed enterprise applications architecture and managed extensive server configurations. Paul's career began at Lucent Technologies as a Level 3 Sr. Production Specialist, complemented by an Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Telecommunication from Eastfield College.
