Vinita Pilani

Vinita Pilani currently serves as SVP of Product Engineering at bswift, a prominent benefits administration service provider, since October 2022. Prior to this role, Vinita was the Head of Platform Strategy and Innovation at Iron Mountain from September 2020 to September 2022, overseeing storage and information management services for a global client base. Vinita also held the position of Vice President of IT and Digital Services at Alight Solutions from 2017 to August 2020, contributing to benefits and payroll solutions. Earlier experiences include serving as Global IT Leader/IT Director at Aon from 2000 to 2016, and as Systems Analyst/Development Manager at AT&T/DirectTV/ASA from 1994 to 1999. Vinita holds leadership certifications from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Additionally, Vinita is a graduate of the Regional Leadership Forum Program from the Society for Information Management.
