Angela Nguyen

Angela Nguyen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in UX copywriting and consulting. Currently serving as the Lead UX Copywriter at BT Financial Group since November 2014, Angela previously held the position of Managing Consultant within the IBM Interactive Experience team, contributing to business deliverables and quality assurance standards. Prior to this, Angela held various roles at IBM from March 2000 to 2012, including Senior Consultant and Information Developer, and began a career as a Technical Writer at Info Action from November 1998 to March 2000.
