Owen Cotter

Owen Cotter is an experienced program and project manager with a robust background in civil engineering and telecommunications. Currently at BT Ireland since May 2014, Owen oversees various customer rollout and network transformation projects, ensuring high standards in construction activities and managing site inspections. Prior roles include Design Manager/Technical Lead at Glenline Telecoms, where Owen established and led the design department, and CAD Department Manager/Client Project Manager at 4Site Telecoms, focusing on site design and project delivery. Additionally, Owen has held senior positions at Kennedy Associates Consulting Engineers and O'Brien Builders & Civil Engineering Contractors, further enhancing expertise in project management, design compliance, and quality control. Owen holds a National Certificate in Civil Engineering from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and has completed additional courses at Limerick Institute of Technology.
