Senan O Kiersey

Senan O Kiersey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Senan started their career at Crowe Information Systems in 1989 as a Support staff and worked there until 1992. Senan then joined Dell in 1993 as a Product Support specialist and stayed with the company until 1996. Following that, they worked at AST Computer as a System Engineer from 1996 to 1998. In 1999, Senan joined BT Ireland and held various roles throughout the years. Senan started as the Head of Service Management until 2005, then transitioned to the role of Head of Systems and Programmes until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they served as Head of Customer Experience processes, focusing on improving customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. In 2010, they became the Head of Revenue Assurance and later transitioned to the role of Head of Data Integrity and Automation in 2011. Senan then served as the Head of Operations from 2011 to 2012, overseeing resourcing, complaints, systems development, reporting, and supplier management. Senan was then promoted to Head of Information Solutions from 2012 to 2014, managing a team of 25 people involved in various business operations. Senan'smost recent role at BT Ireland is Head of Finance Transformation, starting in 2014. Throughout their career, Senan has demonstrated skills in technical, process-oriented, and financial aspects, actively delivering benefits to their company.

Senan O Kiersey's education history begins with their completion of the leaving cert at c.b.c. monkstown. In 1988-1989, they pursued a City & Guilds 417 degree in Computer Programming at Senior College Blackrock. From 1989 to 1993, Senan O Kiersey studied Advanced Computer Programming at Trinity College Dublin.
