Simon Batley

Simon Batley has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Simon worked at BT as a Technical Principal (Contracts CTO Public Sector) starting in 2018. Prior to that, they were the Head of Solution and Engineering Design at BT Retail Custom Solutions from 2009 onwards. Simon also served as the Head of CRM Applications - Global Services at BT plc from 2006 to 2009. Before that, they worked at BT Contact Central, where they were the Head of CRM OnDemand from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Simon was the Head of System Integration - Open Interactive at BSkyB from 1998 to 2001. Simon began their career at BT as a Test Standard Manager from 1988 to 1992.

Simon Batley attended City, University of London from 1984 to 1987, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Simon has also obtained a certification in Building Resilience as a Leader from LinkedIn in September 2023.
