Kate O'Keeffe

Kate O'Keeffe is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across leading organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and Senior HR Programme Manager at BT Group since December 2022, Kate has previously held positions including Senior Employee Relations Manager at Openreach and Employee Relations Manager and HR Business Partner at BT. Before joining BT, Kate worked as a Talent Specialist at PA Consulting Group and in Resource Management at Deloitte. Kate holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from University College Cork.
