Thomas Duecke

Thomas Duecke has extensive experience in operations and management within the technology and customer service industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Digital at BT since October 2006, Thomas has held various senior roles including Managing Director for Design, Delivery & Service Operations, as well as Vice President positions in Global Sales, Client Partnerships, and Customer Service Operations. Prior experience includes a tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Sitel and leadership roles at SYKES, managing operations across Europe. Thomas's career began at Siemens Nixdorf Austria as Finance Manager and included roles at the City of Vienna. Educationally, Thomas holds a Vocational Certificate in Business Administration and Management from the Vocational College of Commerce in Vienna and attended Agricultural Sciences and Research College Schönbrunn.
