Brendan Uhlir

Brendan Uhlir is an accomplished personnel and operations specialist with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Personnel Specialist and Operations Manager at BTAS, Inc., Brendan also holds the position of Operations Superintendent in the US Air Force Reserve, where responsibilities include managing and training over 80 personnel in various security and law enforcement domains. Previous experience includes roles as Military and Family Readiness Specialist in the Army National Guard, where over 2,000 service members benefited from data readiness initiatives, and numerous leadership positions in the United States Air Force, including Operations Manager and Section Manager, where strategic planning and readiness were paramount. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from The University of Arizona Global Campus and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
