Mark Kerr

Mark Kerr is an experienced professional in program management and acquisition systems, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Oasis Systems since February 2019. With a solid background as an Acquisition Systems Specialist at BTAS, Inc., Mark plays a critical role in modernizing IT acquisition systems for the USAF and conducting functional health assessments of key IT programs. Previous roles include program management at DSD Laboratories, where Mark developed life cycle sustainment plans for significant logistics IT systems, and various leadership positions within the USAF, including Squadron Commander and Director of Operations. Mark holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Science from Louisiana Tech University.
