Alena Sivaya

Alena Sivaya has extensive experience in operations and customer service management, currently serving as Operations Manager at BTC Electronic Components since May 2018 and previously holding the position of Planning & Customer Service Manager. Alena also worked at BTC Electronics from April 2006 to April 2022 as Office Manager and Planner. Alena holds a Master's degree in German Language and Literature from State Linguistic University in Minsk, Belarus, earned between 1995 and 2000.
