Nilesh Parikh

Nilesh Parikh possesses extensive experience in operations and engineering management, currently serving as the Operations/Engineering Manager at B-Tec Solutions, Inc. since June 2003. In this role, Nilesh has contributed to the company's stable growth through strategic guidance during varying business cycles and through the implementation of process improvements, KPIs, and quality initiatives. Previously, Nilesh held positions including Engineering Manager, where leadership was provided to manufacturing engineers and NC programmers, and Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, focused on technical support and manufacturing process planning. Prior experience includes a tenure at Brenner Tool & Die, Inc., advancing from NC Programmer to Lead NC Programmer, responsible for overseeing NC programming standards and team management. Nilesh holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
