Tom Watson

Tom Watson is a Surveyor at BTF Partnership since February 2024, bringing valuable experience from previous roles as a Graduate Surveyor at Savills (April 2022 - February 2024) and Bracketts LLP (July 2021 - April 2022), where involvement included development agency, consultancy work, and loan security valuations. Early career experiences include work placements at Academy Consulting, Savills, and North of South Capital, providing exposure to quantity surveying and asset management. Tom holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from the Royal Agricultural University, completed in 2021, and has an educational background that includes Cranbrook School and Saint Ronans School.
