M.D. Junayad Rahman

MD. Junayad Rahman is an experienced professional in customer service and marketing, currently serving as an Executive in the Customer Service Department at Building Technology & Ideas Ltd. (bti) since January 2023. Previously, Junayad worked at Getco BPO Ltd. for over five years in various roles, including Support Associate, Assistant Team Leader, and Customer Relationship Executive, where responsibilities encompassed customer support, team management, and administrative tasks. Additional experience includes roles at Ryans Media, Universal Trading & Engineering Corporation, MCE PC Security, Intelligent Web Technology, and Hub Computer Ltd., focusing on marketing communications and sales. MD. Junayad Rahman holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from Bangladesh University of Professionals and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Green University of Bangladesh.
