Asset Aitbayev

Asset Aitbayev has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Asset is currently working at BTSDigital as a Senior Lead Software Engineer, where they serve as the Tribe Tech Lead and is responsible for determining project requirements, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to the team. Prior to this, they worked at E-Commerce Center as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed clean and efficient code, integrated software components and third-party programs, and verified and deployed programs and systems. Before that, they were a Software Engineer at Workforce Development Center, where they gained experience as a Junior/Middle Software Developer, writing and maintaining code, implementing best coding practices, and developing quality assurance procedures.

Asset Aitbayev completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from The University of Huddersfield, from 2012 to 2016. In addition to this degree, they obtained several certifications, including "Java Multithreading, Concurrency & Performance Optimization" from Udemy in January 2023, "Spring Certified Professional 2022" from VMware in May 2022, "Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 11 Developer" from Oracle in April 2021, and "Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer" from Oracle in March 2021.
