Andy Atkins

Andy Atkins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership. Currently serving as SVP and Partner at BTS since January 2021, Andy leads the Executive & Team Performance Practice, guiding global leaders toward achieving exceptional results through effective strategy execution. Previously, Andy held various senior roles at Bates, Interaction Associates, Bank of America, Genuity, Arthur D. Little, Fidelity Investments, and Mercer Management Consulting, where responsibilities included coaching executives, innovating consulting products, and enhancing human resources capabilities. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Business School, a Master's in English and American Literature from Stony Brook University, and a BA in English from Hofstra University.
