Lance Wilke

Lance Wilke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent, learning, and leadership development, currently serving as SVP and Head of Talent, Learning & Leadership Development GTM at BTS since June 2008. Wilke has held various roles including Vice President and Senior Director, demonstrating a proven ability to drive strategy execution across industries such as telecom, life sciences, CPG, automotive, and construction. Expertise includes business development, account management, project management, strategy execution, and innovation. Prior to BTS, Wilke was an AVP at Morgan Stanley from October 2001 to May 2008. Wilke holds an MBA in Finance and Applied Economics from DePaul University, Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
