Eric Yeager

Eric Yeager is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations and General Manager at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. since January 2014, Eric has honed skills in overseeing restaurant operations in Gatlinburg. Previously, Eric held the position of Hospitality Manager at Island of Pigeon Forge, where responsibilities included opening Timberwood Grill and managing F&B operations for the Leconte Center. Earlier roles included General Manager at Puleo's Grille, where Eric managed the Cedar Bluff location and supervised the Murfreesboro, TN location, as well as Front Of House Manager positions at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and Ruth's Chris Steak House.
