Karen Nazarro Conklin has a wide range of experience in the hospitality and sales industries. Karen began their career as a server at Andreas Restaurant in 2009 and worked there until 2012. After that, they joined Lincoln Ristorante as a Captain and also served as a Private Events Assistant. In 2015, they transitioned to Gramercy Tavern, where they worked as a Front Server until 2017. Karen then moved to INVEST HOSPITALITY as a Training and Dining Room Manager for a year. Following that, they worked at Patina Restaurant Group as a Restaurant Manager and Event Sales Coordinator from 2018 to 2019. Karen then became the Private Events Sales Manager at MASRAFF'S, INC. from 2019 to 2020. Most recently, they have been a Sales Development Representative for SalesPipe since 2022 and will be joining MarginEdge in 2023 in the same role.
Karen Nazarro Conklin began their education in 2008 at Johnson & Wales University. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts at the university. Karen then continued their studies at Johnson & Wales University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Beverage Management in 2012.
