Jill Heck

Jill Heck currently serves as the Director of Franchise Operations at Bubbakoos Burritos, beginning in July 2023. Prior to this role, Jill was a Business Operations Consultant at Duck Donuts from July 2022 to July 2023. Jill’s experience also includes serving as the Onboarding Manager for WOWorks, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing new restaurant builds from agreement signing to opening from May 2021 to May 2023. Jill held the position of Onboarding and Training Manager at Saladworks, LLC from December 2018 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Franchise Business Consultant at Soft Pretzel Franchise Systems, Inc. from June 2013 to December 2018 and being the Owner/Operator of Philly Pretzel Factory from May 2006 to May 2014.
