Sadie Groom

Sadie Groom is a seasoned marketing and PR professional with extensive leadership experience. As the CEO of Bubble Agency since December 1999, Sadie has guided the company, a full-service agency specializing in broadcast, media technology, sports, VFX, and AV industries, to transform businesses through its vast knowledge and network. In addition, Sadie serves as a Founding Member of Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women executives, and as a Non Executive Director at DPP. Sadie holds various leadership roles including Founder and CEO of the Marketing Leaders Circle, Co-Chair of the AVIXA Women's Council UK and PRCA Sports Group, and Founder of Rise, a group for Women in Broadcast. An Independent Council Member at Buckinghamshire New University, Sadie's previous experience includes Managing Director at Franklin Rae PR and a Board Member at Women in Film and Television UK. Sadie holds a degree in Theology from King's College London.
