Cecil Peters

Cecil Peters currently serves as the EMEA Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on creating equity, driving inclusion, and increasing diversity through innovative strategies. In addition, Cecil holds the position of EMEA Head of Advancing Black Pathways, aiming to enhance representation and promote black excellence. Cecil's extensive experience includes roles such as Executive Director of Cybersecurity Technology & Controls and Programme Manager at Credit Suisse, where leadership of the global Cyber Security Program was undertaken. Other significant positions include Head of Risk and Business Transformation at UBS, Managing Director at CarbonCo Limited, and IT & Ops Director at Pepe Pradi. Cecil possesses an MSc in Information Systems from Canterbury Christ Church University and contributes as a non-executive board member at J.P. Morgan Trust Company (Jersey) Limited and a member of the Board of Advisors at Bubblr, Inc.
