Sara Sami

Sara Sami has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Sara is currently the VP of Human Resources at both Buchanan & Edwards, Inc. and RenXTech. Previously, they served as the Director of Human Resources (Head of HR and Payroll) at DISYS Solutions Inc. and as the Vice President of People and Culture at MetroStar Systems. Prior to these roles, they held positions at Cognosante, NCI Information Systems, Inc., and SRA, a CSRA company, where they managed teams and programs across multiple industries and government agencies. Their expertise includes talent management, learning and development, and program management.

Sara Sami obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in the years 1998 to 2001. Sara also attended Harvard Business School from 2021 to 2022, where they pursued a degree in Organizational Leadership. In addition to their formal education, Sara has obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Project Management Professional (PMP), SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
