Leonardo Mendes

Leonardo Mendes is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and technical leadership across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Bucket Listers since July 2022, Leonardo focuses on enhancing the user experience for an events marketplace using Kotlin and Spring Boot. Prior roles include Tech Lead at cVortex, where Leonardo oversaw the creation of a fully integrated workflow studio, and Senior Software Engineer positions at TQI and Zup Innovation, contributing to microservices performance and security API functionalities, respectively. With a Bachelor of Technology in Internet Systems from Instituto Federal do Triângulo Mineiro, Leonardo has proficiently utilized a range of technologies including Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, and various event-driven architectures throughout a diverse career that began in front-end development.
