Jason Dross

Jason Dross is an experienced manufacturing leader with a diverse background in production management and team supervision. Currently, Dross serves as Manufacturing Manager at White Machine Inc. since April 2019, where the focus is on servicing the manufacturing and oil field industries. Previously, Dross held the role of Production Management at Buckeye Diamond Logistics while also managing daily operations as General Manager at Advanced Plastic Recycling. Earlier experience includes serving as Production Manager at Murotech Ohio Corporation, where oversight of 50 employees and daily production meetings were key responsibilities, and a foundational role in quality control at Albert Freytag Fabrication. Dross holds an Associate's Degree in Industrial Management from Edison Community College.
