June M. Deleo

June has over 25 years of human resource expertise. Prior to joining the Ranch, she was Principal and Senior Consultant at HR Response, where she led a variety of clients through the HR maze, identifying needs, developing and implementing initiatives that improved business operations. June served as Employment Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises, overseeing the HR management for six distribution sites throughout Ohio. She has extensive experience with nonprofits, which include executive HR roles at MedFlight and Lutheran Social Services of Ohio. June received her Bachelor of Science in Labor and Human Resources from the College of Business Administration at The Ohio State University. June holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the HR Certification Institute, and the Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
