Rita Battaglia

Rita Battaglia has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Rita is currently working as the Human Resources and Talent Director at Buckeye Residential Solutions, LLC since October 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at L'Oréal from May 2019 to October 2020. Before joining L'Oréal, they worked as the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Manager at Mactac North America from July 2014 to May 2019. Rita began their career as a Training Coordinator/Recruiter at Emerald Resource Group in March 2011, specializing in the Information Technology industry.
