Derek Han is currently serving as an Air Traffic Strategy Intern at United Airlines since June 2024. As Co-President and VP of Project Management at the Buckeye Undergraduate Consulting Club, Derek has successfully overseen multiple consulting projects, enhancing operational efficiency and member engagement. Derek has also held roles in analytics and project management, including a project lead position for a career development platform developed by Cantoo and as a Business Analyst for Kodewin, where strategic recommendations were made. Internship experiences at Garmin involved creating data visualization dashboards, while a co-op at Toyota focused on process improvements in manufacturing. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, complemented by a strong academic background with honors.
